The Business of Passion

At Heartwood & Oak our job is our passion and it doesn’t get any better than that. In fact, our passion explains why we have so much fun and frankly, why we are so good at what we do.

First, we are passionate about wine. We tirelessly travel the world searching for gems that we can deliver direct to our customers on a regular basis. We have been on the road visiting vineyards across the planet for over 30 years and we are still excited every time we jump on a plane. Our mission on each trip is to bring back amazing wines and we’ve stocked our store full of them. Some of these wines pleasantly surprise everyone—including us—and we are always delighted to get them delivered to your door at a terrific value.

We have tried thousands of wines over the years but our team only brings the very best to our site. This unparalleled curation of product means that we feel confident saying that we truly love each and every wine that makes it to the Heartwood & Oak website. We are also confident that you will feel the same way. In fact, we guarantee it – if you don’t like a bottle you purchase for any reason just give us a call and we’ll make it right.

We are also passionate about value. Anyone can buy great wines if they are willing to pay a ton of money. And anybody can buy poor quality wines for cheap. But at Heartwood & Oak our commitment is—first and foremost—about value. With Heartwood & Oak, whether you pay $10 or $100 per bottle, you can trust that you are getting superb value every time.

Finally, we are passionate about our customers. That is why we have worked hard to develop the most knowledgeable customer service staff in the industry. Of course, they have only one job: to take care of you and provide you with the best possible experience. They not only know our wines well, but they have actually been to many vineyards and have met the winemakers behind the bottles. In addition to answering questions about specific orders, they can also let you know what wine to serve with your meal this evening or your dinner party next week.

Cheers!
